Depends on what you mean exactly by "Apple TV".

Apple TV+ is the subscription service offered by Apple to access their original movies and shows.

"Apple TV" without the plus, can refer to either the Apple TV streaming box, or the Apple TV app on a number of devices including the Mac.

1. Is that the MacBook Air, running macOS 15.4?
2. Are you signed in to the TV app, using the matching Apple Account to which the subscription is linked?
3. What happens when you try to play Apple TV+ content? Can you see the show that you want to play? Do you see the Play button? What happens instead of what you expected?
