Depends on what you mean exactly by "Apple TV".
Apple TV+ is the subscription service offered by Apple to access their original movies and shows.
"Apple TV" without the plus, can refer to either the Apple TV streaming box, or the Apple TV app on a number of devices including the Mac.
What content is not playing?
What happens when you try to play it?
The problem occurs only in my laptop

Thanks for clarifying.
So far, the first episodes of Studio and Your friends and neighbors. I have three devices connected, my iPhone, a smart TV and my laptop. The problem occurs only in my laptop
So what happens exactly when you try to play the first episodes of those series?
Does it require you to activate a subscription?
Thanks for clarifying.

Nothing happens, that is exactly the problem. I log out and log back in and the problem persists.
