Owed money to pay

Hi good afternoon! I just want to ask how i can pay my owed money little by little. Im still confused because i pay some last month but i didnt know that i still have owed money. Im still new to this, i still dont know how money works in america. Sorry about that i promise this is not gonna happen again. Have a great day and thank you

What can I do if not able or don’t have a new payment method? i don’t have a new payment card to uses at this time. Is there anyway to get around this if it showing a balance. The balance shouldn’t be there it was canceled but for some reason it didn’t and still showing a balance owed. I’m just trying to set a phone up and can’t get by this on the iPhone. I was told I had to pay the balance by Apple that there’s no way around it, it not that I want pay even though it was a miss hap and it shouldn’t be on my account but nevertheless I will as soon a I can but I was injured and can’t work at the time so I just don’t have it , I will pay it but in the meantime I need to get my iPhone up and going till I can afford this payment.
