Receiving scam texts on iPhone

Of course it is a scam. Does the sender really look like it came from Apple? In any case, you would never call a number provided or click a link to provide personal information in any email/message. If you did call the number, you have alerted the scammer you are susceptible to believing what they say and you will receive many more similar scams. If you called and provided personal information, your account has been compromised.


Any such message is a scam and all that needs to be done is delete and move on with your day.
