Why is Apple Watch Ultra starts workout randomly?

My Apple Watch randomly starts workout in its own even when I’m not doing anything. I have the first ultra. It’s super annoying

Apple Watch losing connection with Fitness + during workout I see this same question was posed back in Dec 2020 with hundreds of “me too” replies, yet this issue persists for me in almost every workout I do!! Very frustrating and unacceptable given the cost of the devices and services - Apple please reply with a fix!! Also just curious - is this only an Apple Watch Series 6 issue or are others using a different model? Thanks :)

Workout not ending on Apple Watch Suddenly from two days ago, my workouts don’t finish even after I push the “end” button on my Apple Watch SE. In order to get the green sensor light to switch off I have to force restart my watch. Are there any known bugs or fixes for this?

Apple Watch SE Workout Issue For about the last week, my Apple Watch has been randomly recording workouts. It does it at times when the watch is charging and not on my wrist, as well as when I’m wearing it throughout the day. It has been hard to track my progress lately. When I go to the gym it says I have already been working out for 300+ minutes when I have been sitting at a desk all day. It also never tells me the workout that was running in the background. Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this and found a solution

Any chance you have set up the Action Button to start a workout, or the Start Workout reminder is enabled in Settings/Workout?
