How do I recover all the missing ringtones on my iPhone?

How do i get all my ringtones back? The shop reset my phone but said i wouldnt lose anything, i had over 48 ringtones that i had paid for on my phone and every one of them has gone. Ive used the same icloud for years, never had any problems with my ringtones, yet now suddenly i have now. Ive tried selecting dowload all tones and nothing is downloading.

Ringtones disappeared after I updated iOS 15.6.1 Hello, I had several custom ring tones that I made using iTunes over 7 years ago from music from my iTunes library. These have transferred every time I upgraded my phone (every year). I was using them until a few days ago when I upgraded to iOS15.6.1 and they have disappeared from my ringtones list and all I have are generic ring tones. Any advice to get them back would be deeply appreciated. Thanks mascar
