How can I resolve an invalid e-card with missing $200 balance?
I have the receipt and I have the gift card receipt, but the card is invalid and there’s not $200 in it

You were likely scammed by thieves who tampered with the cards. Unless the store has some policy then you are out of luck (and out $200). I would avoid buying cards at stores that do not keep them behind the counter.
