Music library not syncing across devices

My Mac mini holds all original of my music files, and is checked to sync the library. My iPhone 16 Pro, MacBook and Apple TV are also checked to sync the library. Only the mini is showing the full library and none of the others will sync completely. Some of the music is there; many are missing.

All devices are logged into the same account, and have been signed out and back in. All devices have been rebooted after signing out and back in. My iCloud is 6TB, and Music Match subscription is active..

What is missing?

In your Mac mini use the Songs view of the library and enable the Cloud Status column. Tracks that are waiting, duplicate, error, ineligible, removed, etc. won't appear in any other cloud synced library. Depending on the reason it may be possible to get Music to accept such items again so they can be matched or uploaded.
