Downloaded song keeps reappearing on iTunes despite deletion attempts

I Have attempted to delete a downloaded song numerous times but when I get back on iTunes the song reappears. I have 2 phones and I can delete it from both but it will be there the next day. I removed the download, which worked but the song won’t budge. How do I get this to stop happening?
