Download all option not showing in iTunes for iOS or iPadOS

I noticed it after I setup my macbook, I opened itunes on my iphone hoping to see the "Dowload all" option but is gone, not sure if it's going after my macbook setup or before. I was trying to download my purchased music.

and Now, as you see the "Download all" is not longer there.

Does anyone has any idea?
