Potential blackmail threat after watching adult content on iPhone

Hello , first time using this but don’t know who to turn to or ask these questions due to feeling embarrassed … so I’ve watched p***hub in the past sad to say/confess not proud to say it either .. I went into my iCloud email account to clean out any unwanted emails and when I went into the junk mail I saw an email from an unknown account saying they hacked me and have proof of me watching it and will send it to friends/family/etc. unless I pay them the certain amount they’re asking for … did my iPhone get hacked or a virus from watching adult content ? I’m not going to lie seeing that email did scare me cause I’ve never gotten something like this before please help anyone I’m in desperate need of guidance
