iTunes: There was a temporary problem completing your request when subscribing to a podcast

Hi. I'm trying to subscribe to a podcast, but when I hit the Subscribe button, I'm getting an error:

There was a temporary problem completing your request. The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

I've tried again later. I've also tried the work-around, just downloading one episode of a podcast and subscribing from there but the subscribe toggle is greyed out for me.

I'm using iTunes version 12.13.7.1 and running Windows 11 Home.
