Import audio converting sample rate even though box is unchecked in settings?

Hi folks, does anyone know why Logic would be doing this?

I have a project I'm working on, the project sample rate is 44.1khz and lost of audio tracks I've brought in previously (a year ago) are in the Project Audio list as 44.8khx which is what they originally were.

However, now when I drop an audio file in or import one, it comes in as 44.1, even though the tick box in my project settings is unchecked and ghosted out?

Any help would be great thanks.
