a friend bought a gift for me worth 50$ and sent it through email but I haven’t received it yet and it almost 2weeks now and the person used the right email address
can I get someone to help me out .
i have checked me spam folders and junks mail and nothing is there .

Your “sending” friend should initiate any “tracer” action. (as it’s “tied” to his/her payment method at the “originating end” of the process)

But your friend — who actually purchased the item with his/her money — has FAR more standing to do so.
