iTunes subscription for purchasing a ringtone

I bought a new ringtone for my iPhone 5 days ago from the iTunes app. The payment was successful at that time (3.99 LEI, local currency) and in the settings I was able to set the new ringtone. Today when I entered the banking app, I saw that I had a payment to be made to Apple and confused I accessed the information to find out the details. I discovered that it is a weekly subscription worth 3.99 LEI(local currency), exactly the same as the payment for the ringtone. The subscription appears to have been initiated on March 7, 2025, although I have never had this payment until today and as I said, I bought the ringtone on July 22, 2025. I would like to understand, in iTunes are the ringtones on a subscription basis? or just some? is there an error with my purchase?

I have also attached a screenshot showing the situation in the banking application. The only subscriptions I have with Apple are for Icoud and Apple music.
