You need to create playlist for BPM:

PC: Create, Edit, and Delete Playlists in iTunes on PC - Apple Support

Apple Music: How to Create a Playlist in the Apple Music App - Apple Support

1. Open: the playlist.
2. Click: View menu
3. Select: as Songs...
4. Enable: the BPM column

Note that BPM data is not calculated by iTunes/Music. Both apps may show data already present in the tag, but if it isn't there you are going to have to add it manually or look to some third party solution.

Are you asking specifically about the iTunes Store? It does not display BPM. You can purchase from a more DJ-oriented download store, such as Beatport, that displays the BPM for each song (example below). The downloaded songs can be added to your iTunes/Music library.
