Can a Kuwait-purchased Apple Gift Card with AED currency be used in Kuwait?

Hey so I tried a lot and couldn’t really find a clear answer, let’s say I buy a gift card in Kuwait, that card is for AED currency, would it work In Kuwait too? My Accounts registered in Kuwait of course.
