How do I disable comment bubble when typing in Pages app on iPad?

Whenever I am typing in pages, every time I try to move curser, a comment bubble appears. How can I disable that or keep it from appearing? I have never needed a comment bubble, but I do need to move my curser frequently. Why did they put this useless thing in there?
