Error downloading previously purchased movie on iPhone

A previous purchases movie won’t download onto iPhone from the cloud. I can watch the movie with WiFi turn on but can’t watch in airplane mode. Keep getting an error message that the movie won’t download.

downloaded movie won't play on iphone 14 pro I recently got a new iphone 14 pro. I downloaded a movie to watch on the plane and tried it out before going on the trip. The downloaded movie won't play through. It pauses and tries to reload but doesn't restart on its own. Another movie, not downloaded, on the googleplay service, played fine, but the downloaded one won't. I tried to find out what to do online. One suggestion was to do a shutdown and restart of the phone, which I did, but the movie did the same thing. My old iphone played downloaded movies just fine! :-(

Prime Video app not working For the past two weeks, whenever I try to play a video on my the Amazon app on my iphone I get a "Playback Error." Other video apps work fine. I have tried everything, uninstalling, resetting network settings, deregistering, etc. (I have attached the screeshot." This happens both on wifi and 5G. Anyone know how to fix this?
