Wondering whether your hearing-aids are "Made for iPhone" (Mfi) compatible.
(Under Oticon, in Apple support's article (link below) it does list Opn S but not Opn S 1)

To troubleshoot connection difficulties: the first thing to check may be the software:
Keeping hearing-aid firmware (and /or an app if there is one) up-to-date can often help sidestep issues. Keeping iPhone 16e updated to the newest compatible iOS version (currently iOS18.6) could also help. (NB: It is always wise to back-up an iPhone before updating the iOS)
You may want to check with your hearing-aid manual, hearing-specialist or the hearing-aid manufacturer (Eg: contact "support" on their website) for a possible hearing-aid firmware update,
or, if you use an app, you could look in the app itself for a firmware update or an app update.
Oticon has a website online where you can check the compatibility of hearing-aids.

There's an earlier discussion thread where the hearing-aid wearer had similar disconnection issues.
Seems updating the firmware restored order in that case, and the wearer shared how they went about it, and their success: Oticon opn S3 hearing aids keep dropping … - Apple Community
All the best :-)
