How do I get rid of AssistiveTouch that keeps turning on iPhone SE?

Just recently my phone (iPhone se gen 2 fyi) home button started working again, and all of a sudden almost all of the time when i turn my phone off or when it recharges after dying assistive touch turns on. I turn off assistive touch but it keeps turning back on. What i did was just disable assistive touch and turn off and on my phone and the home button would work, but as of today (august 10 2025) it would not work to turn it off.
