How to use the Numbers app for beginners?

Be sure to have a look at the built-in templates at File > New in your menu. Some are excellent. They can quickly give you an idea of how to do things in Numbers.

You can also look in the MacMost site for explanations. Some of those are excellent. Videos on YouTube tend to be badly outdated, covering a long defunct version of Numbers.
