Why won't my new numbers app open ofx files?
I am on OS Sequoia v 15.6 using numbers 14.4 (7043.0.93) and it will not open .ofx files.
This does not seem right... how to solve ?

There is no direct solution. Numbers cannot open a .ofx file. You'll need to convert the file to something else - either Excel format or CSV.
