Adjusting 0:00 time to Bar 20 Beat 3 in Logic Pro on Mac Mini

I want to make it so 0:00 time happens at Bar 20 beat 3. How do I do this? Thanks!

For example I enter the duration "one hour, 16 minutes and 46 seconds" in a cell as follows: 01.16.46 When I check the notation I see 'Automatic' (see image 1 inserted) Then I want to change the notation to Duration (see image 2 inserted) The result: nothing happens( Notation stays Automatic) When I enter the duration in the format 01:16:46 the result is the same... So how can I force Numbers to accept the duration notation? Any suggestions?

Sonoma 14.5.1 24-hour time format not displayed in MacBook Air (M3, 2024) On MacBook Air (M3, 2024), in OS Sonoma (v14.5.1), my preferred 24-hour time format settings - while correctly shown in the Date & Time section of Settings, is neither shown nor my settings respected at MacBook Air’s pre-login time display nor in the MacBook Air’s menu bar after login. Only the 12-hour time format is shown/displayed. Safe mode attempts to fix this problem have failed. 😑 Please fix this. Thanks!

Final Cut Pro Time counter issue I forgot how to switch the frame counter under my event to a time counter (minutes, seconds and hours). Can someone help me with this?

File > Project Settings > Synchronization... > Bar Position ... Plays at SMPTE ...

Perhaps there is a more sophisticated way, but you can simply just move the start time in this fashion.

Hover the cursor over the appropriate area. You may have to finesse it a bit, but go ahead and drag to the right and you should be solid.
