BootCamp / Windows partition issues

I want to install a windows partition on my MacBook. It's a MacBook Pro 16", 2019 2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9. It's running Sequoia 15.6.1 (24G90). When using BootCamp I have the issue, that it says while the progress is running, that the Windows Supportsoftware can't be downloaded. When I try that separately it's no problem to download. But since I can't skip that step. I can't continue with that.

I also tried it with a bootable Stick. On the affected MacBook I can't prepare a bootable USB, since BootCamp docent support that anymore. Therefore I prepared one with a separate Windows PC and also on an older MacBook where the bootcamp still does it. With both of those sticks the Booter said that the Volume couldn't be verified. So I am kind of running out of options. Is there something I can do?
