How to get Blood Oxygen data to show in Vitals on my iPhone 15 Pro?

I updated my Apple Watch Ultra 2, and iPhone 15 Pro to the latest software (watchOS 11.6.1, iOS 18.6.2) and the blood oxygen function works now, and I can see the data in Health App > Browse > Respiratory > Blood Oxygen.

The issue is that the data is not registering in the Vitals category of the Vitals section in the Health app on the iPhone (Health App > Browse > Vitals > Vitals).

1st image shows Blood Oxygen data is being gathered.

2nd image shows that is not showing in Vitals.

What stinks about this is… now that we have the “sleep score” feature, it takes our vitals into account when it’s factoring the score. The problem is that if it doesn’t factor in our blood oxygen reading, it’s not really an accurate score. I have low blood oxygen certain times of the night, and that certainly couldn’t be a good thing for my sleep score. Lol.

I don't think that is correct. What what I see is that sleep score is built from sleep duration, Bedtime, and number of interruptions, and nothing more.

The display that has a hole in it from lack of O2 data is Vitals, and it is merely a Summary of typical, low or high.
