iPhone Mirroring Controls are not where Apple says they should be

I want to turn off mirroring between my iPhone 13 ProMax (iOS 18.6.2) and my Mac Studio (Sequoia 15.6). I turned it on when I set up my new Mac Studio and now don't want it. The Apple information says for me to do it via my iPhone or on my Mac. I'm not able to do it on my iPhone because iPhone mirroring is not listed where it's supposed to be. I can't do it on my Mac because my phone is grayed out.

I want to get rid of mirroring because I hate having to constantly enter my password when my computer goes to sleep. I'm so frustrated.

I'm trying but I'm having two problems. 1) Apple says that on an iPhone, go to Settings > General > AirPlay and Continuity, then tap iPhone Mirroring. I do that and iPhone Mirroring is not a listed option. I've attached a screenshot that shows what I see. 2) Apple also says I can revoke from my Mac by going to the iPhone Mirroring App > iPhone Mirroring > Settings > Revoke Access (name of iPhone). The name of my iPhone is grayed out so I can't select it. I've attached a screenshot of what I see there too.
