Live closed captions resolution

I've posted the same question a couple of times in the past 3 weeks. I finally was able to get the live captions to reappear on my phone calls. I spoke to 6 different CSRs at Apple in the past 10 days and none of them could help. I just gave up. However, I decided to try one more time, but took my phone to Best Buy to see if they could help. A very nice young man helped me. Took him about 5 minutes to figure it out, but he got it to work, whereas the company who makes the phone couldn't do it. For those with the same problem, it's worth a drive to a local BB to see if they can help you. Fortunately, the nearest BB in my section of the town where I live in only about 1 mile from me. I do not know exactly what he did as I was too excited to ask. Just glad he was a very young man (about 22) and he knew all about Apple settings.
