Sequoia on an i9 iMac - satisfactory??

I have a 2019 27" i9 iMac (3.6 GHz, 32 GB RAM) currently running Monterey (12.7.6). Running perfectly fine, stable, no problems. I am considering updating it to Sequoia in order to update some apps to their current releases. The 2019 i9 iMac is listed as compatible with Sequoia but it's at the bottom of the compatibilty list.

Anyone have experience running Sequoia on an i9? Is it satisfactory?

I foresee no issue on your 2019 iMac

Thanks. I'm glad to be alerted to the Creedence cryptexes. Had not heard of them before. It sounds like a bug in Sequoia that they are visible. Seeing them in DU is one thing but I found quite a few reports that they also appear on the desktop!

After reseaching Creedence, I think I'm just going to update to Sonoma for now and let some time & research pass before going to Sequoia. There is some info that the cryptexes are related to Apple AI in Sequoia, which I don't want and would disable anyway.
