Apple support didn't help me!
i have a iphone 13 which has apple id that i dont have control to it aside from my company. then the device automatically updates and i cant open it without the logins. I raised this concern multiple times to apple supports and hotlines and submitted all the information and documents they asked and still they can't approve it because of some reason which support is not telling me why. i felt disrespected for this. purchashing 36,000 pesos of iphone is now a trash. because of snailed workers of apple support.
