Does frequent shutdown or sleep affect MacBook's processor or battery?

I used to shutdown my MacBook after every use like 12 14 times a day does it causes stress on the processor or battery ?

and even if making it on sleep causes any internal damage as for multiple shutdown or sleep ?

You may want to shutdown the laptop if you want to minimize battery drain, especially if you may not be able to connect the power adapter for a while.

You probably should reboot the laptop once a week, or perhaps once a month assuming macOS updates do not do this for you. I'm only suggesting once a week/month so it can become part of a regular schedule/habit.
