How can I fix iCloud sync issues for Health and Maps on iMac?

On my MAC computer it says for health and maps. No matter how many times I sign in to my apple icloud setting to try to resolve this message nothing happens to bring about a change. I have tried to follow suggestions offered by others who seem to have the same problem but nothing works to correct it. I have no idea where a health app is located on my system and the only maps would be through google. I do not have an iphone synced to this computer. I purchased this computer from an Apple distributor and all the previous information was deleted. Any suggestion other than me having to physically carry this machine back to the company from which I purchased it.
