Hello so I bought an Apple gift card of 500PLN at the store on September 09/2025 after trying to redeem it found out it was used already so I want to know if Apple can help me out knowing what time the cards was used and where

As a word of warning, never purchase any Gift Card that is displayed by a retailer on a rack where they are open to the public and easy to tamper with. Just about every news outlet warns consumers about this around the holidays, but of course the same scammers that operate in those stores are there all year around. Purchases of Gift Cards should only be made where they are secured by the retailer. The same is true for the Google Play Store gift cards as those are the ones usually targeted by the scammers.
