Either way, try to get the package(s( sent to a local Apple Store, so you can pick up the package(s) there.
In the past, reports from users on this site indicate that way too many packages have arrived on customer's porches with no phone inside the box.
Of course, Apple blamed the shipper and the shipper blamed Apple while the customer was stuck with no phone and a large bill on their credit card statement.
Happened to my neighbor and it took more than a month to finally get things resolved.
I should think they would if they were both in the same order. However, I've never ordered two phones at the same time. Hopefully someone else has and can provide an answer. Otherwise, I would just wait to see what the shipping information provides when they ship the device. It should tell you if it is a single package and tracking number then.
