Game Center not connecting to apps/games

So i would go on a game that would support Game Center like sonic 1 but game center doesn’t appear or connect. It has connected in the past but not it doesn’t anymore. and the funny thing is that game center works on other apps! I want to know a way to fix this as I want to be able to use achievements and other features on the app. Does anyone know the solution?
