I have an iPhone 14 that I believe is being controlled remotely. I’m trying to find out if I can find out if there is any minutes trader on it. That’s not me and how to remove it.

Go to Settings/General/Device Management & VPN. If there is no profile there your device is not being managed via MDM. However, if you have a work or school email account on your iPhone the administrator can set certain security features.
Unless your iPhone has been jailbroken by you, or someone has had access to your device for a period of time with your Apple ID, password and passcode, it is not being remotely administered. The only other is if it is a company or school device with an MDM.
What is making you believe it is being controlled remotely?
And if you’re encountering managed Wi-Fi networks you can’t remove, those are carrier offload networks.
