Separate double click speed settings for mouse and touchpad on Mac for 3D modeling

Hi! I would like to use my Mac for 3D modeling and animation work both with mouse and touchpad but I it is so annoying to always change double click speed in settings manually. I need to find a way to set different separate setting for my mouse and touchpad. For mouse I prefer the fastest option, since only with it I can safely model stuff in Maya. And I need to set touchpad for the longest double click speed, so I actually can double click and open files.

I tried all mouse control apps (like BetterMouse etc) but non of them could help me.

System Settings > Accessibility > Pointer Control and enable the toggle for "Ignore built-in trackpad when mouse or wireless trackpad is present.

This setting will automatically disable your laptop's trackpad whenever a mouse or other wireless trackpad is connected.

That is the way it seems to work

Perhaps the users exceptions are greater than what is possible ?

Unfortunately this solution won't work. I really want to use both trackpad and mouse.

I don't understand your question. There is no double-click speed adjustment for the built-in Trackpad.
