iTunes crashes when importing large playlists on Windows 11

My iPod stopped syncing last week and after a trip to the Genuis Bar I was informed the sync wasn't supported any longer as I am using my own imported files. I decided to try uninstalling my iTunes. I re downloaded them and opened the fresh version. I had backed up my library each week so I hit file>library>import playlist and selected my library.xml. It imported all my music files. Under 'songs' I was able to play the files and seemed fine. My playlists populated on the left side of iTunes, Clicked on a few smaller ones and they were fine. The ones that are larger keep crashing iTunes. Any help is appreciated!

Using Windows 11 on my desktop.
