Hi. All the sudden, I am having lag in games on iPhone 16 Pro. Particularly Minecraft and Among Us. Also some Apple Arcade titles. My phone has lots of storage left, no extra tabs, I don’t have much apps open. I used to have almost zero lag. My connection to my high speed WiFi is stable so can someone please tell me possibly why this is happening?

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Well, a "stable" connection does not necessarily mean that you have a "fast" connection.
Have you run some speed tests to see exactly what is happening on your network?
Try www.speedtest.net and report on your average speeds for download and upload.
