No one here can fix anything. This is a user to user only forum. If your phone is overheating and lagging, have you checked your Battery Health? Both issues you've described are symptomatic of a battery which may be failing, not necessarily an issue with iOS 26. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery health is close to or below 80%, the battery in your iPhone needs to be replaced, which will solve heating and lagging issues.

For me, The app closing from app tray is not working. Now it around more then 50 app in background. I am not able to close any apps after ios 26 update

You should be backing up daily anyway.
Why if I go to settings for an app and in locations I select always, it shows but after phone wakes back up it’s back to asking me again?

Not my phone, younger sisters. There’s no back button in iMessage so she can’t access any of her contacts or conversations.
I did send feedback to Apple but only after posting here. They haven’t really had time to respond yet. Thanks for your feedback.

IOS 26 is not letting me share screen in WhatsApp and discord and some other app so I thing this is a glitch but maybe IOS 26 is just like that cuz some phone can’t support the IOS 26 update

After updating my iPhone some contacts cat be searched also the search bar on my contact is gone and can’t look up contacts.
