Please fix the iOS 26 issues, I use this phone for trading, I can’t handle the overheating and lagging, I already lost loads amounts of money because of the lagging
No one here can fix anything. This is a user to user only forum. If your phone is overheating and lagging, have you checked your Battery Health? Both issues you've described are symptomatic of a battery which may be failing, not necessarily an issue with iOS 26. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery health is close to or below 80%, the battery in your iPhone needs to be replaced, which will solve heating and lagging issues.

Versions 26 and 26.0.1 have been a complete disaster for years.
Even reinstalling iOS to a clean version using DUF didn't fix the bugs I'm struggling with:
1. True Tone doesn't work.
2. The camera sometimes won't launch, only a black screen.
3. GSM network quality has dropped.
4. Wi-Fi also fluctuates, sometimes failing to load pages even with full coverage.
5. Much lower data transfers on LTE and 5G.
6. In several apps, the on-screen keyboard, instead of disappearing after typing, disappears, leaving a background that covers the entire screen.
7. Safari, browsing images in search engines looks like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-cPoC0Zc5M
or opens an image in half the screen, acting like two screens.
I'm furious, especially since Apple blocked the rollback to iOS 18.
If it was a problem with iOS 26, which millions of people have, you would see thousands of posts about it. Based on the fact we haven’t see that, it is a problem with your phone, not with iOS 26. And even if you could go back it probably wouldn’t fix it. So you need to continue troubleshooting or contact Apple support directly (this is not Apple support, it is a user to user forum).
An error occurs with the keyboard when selecting the mini keyboard on the right or left in Swedish language mode. It is not possible to switch to numbers; I have to change the language in order to be able to switch to numbers and symbols like -, :, ), (.

Point taken that you don’t represent Apple. Since posting I’ve found dozens and dozens of postings elsewhere and YouTube videos of people experiencing problems with CarPlay and this iOS update. I’m glad you’re not experiencing these bugs but clearly I’m not the only one raising concerns about them. The fact that so many are posting videos about these problems speaks for itself.
I honestly do get that some people are having issues with CarPlay. But social media is not indicative that a majority of users have such an issue. This thread, while it may seem large isn't all that large given it was started nearly a month ago. If the majority of users had CarPlay issues, this forum, the most widely visited forum in the world for all things Apple would literally be blown up with people complaining. That doesn't minimize the fact for some people CarPlay is problematic. One can imagine there are likely way more people out driving around with CarPlay who are blissfully unaware anyone is having issues with CarPlay. People don't generally go to a forum to say "hey, everything's going great."
For some, just having a VPN on their phone, even if not used, can cause connectivity issues. For others, an outdated infotainment system could be an issue. Think about how many car brands there are, how many different models of cars and the differences model years can make with the infotainment systems in all of those cars can complicate things.
I don't work for Apple and I have no clue what Apple is working on either. Apple has a notorious track record of not publicly discussing issues they're trying to solve. But Apple wants their users to have a good user experience, so the more people who use the feedback link which has been posted multiple times throughout this thread, will go a long way to keep the issue in front of Apple.

After I updated it deleted my information on one of the apps I play and I can’t get it back. I spent money on that app and now it all went down the drain

I’m am unable to receive emails on my 17 Pro Max, since the recent update. My Gmail account emails are coming through but not my Spectrum/Charter emails. Any suggestions?
Remove the email account and re-add it. (This will not effect mail on the mail server, or mail stored locally.)

Ever since the update iMessage and FaceTime won’t work. Restarted many times and when I turn on iMessage it says activation unsuccessfull. Apple support has no solution for this
Settings, Apps, Messages, turn off iMessage
Settings, Apps, Facetime, turn off Facetime
restart the phone
Settings, Apps, Messages, turn on iMessage
Settings, Apps, Facetime, turn on Facetime
By chance, did you have windowed apps or stage manager enabled? I was excited to see these options and I enabled windowed apps. It seemed great at first, but I soon started experiencing some touch response issues. The next day, I quickly found a lot more touch response issues - and similarly I could not swipe between screens, and I couldn't even shut off the iPad because I couldn't swipe to shut down. Luckily, instead of forcing it, I have an apple pencil connected and it had no issues responding to the pencil touch. After booting back up, it seemed to work again.
Additional info:
I worked as product manager specializing in touch screens, Displays, SaaS and AI, and I recalled having similar bugs occur shortly after adding this windowed style app setup. After a few more months of R&D, we were able to solve the issue and kept this functionality without the bugs. I'm wondering if this is one of the bugs they haven't yet worked out. If changing this setup helps, I'll have to keep it until they resolve the bug. But would be interesting to find out if others had the same experience.

My issues have been the other person not hearing me immediately once answering the phone, and even mid conversation. Some say I sound like I’m far from the phone. The phone glitches and lags for sure. I can’t say that I’ve experienced overheating, but I’m hoping there’s a new update coming soon that fixes these issues.
Those sound like they could possibly be hardware issues. Contact Apple and arrange to have them evaluate your phone.

Ever since I downloaded iOS 26.1 my phone has been buggy in many ways. The most prominent bug being that sometimes all my app icons disappear and become grey, it takes some time before they reappear.
Then, sometimes my phone simply won’t turn on or react to me pressing the screen, and then 30s later I have a delayed reaction to whatever I tried to do.
You don't say what iPhone model you own? What you describe could be symptomatic of other issues. You could be low in memory, which can cause issues like slowness or touch issues. Your battery could be in need of being replaced, which also can cause major issues on an iPhone.
Updated my iPad Pro to 26 last night without any issue. This morning started experiencing unresponsive touchscreen without screen swipe , making killing apps and powering off impossible. Had to hard reset and will see if the touchscreen problem comes back.
My wife’s new 17 Pro Max won’t allow her to use iMessage or FaceTime. Apple support says it’s a known issue with ios26 and some phones. He said they have zero fix at this time, but they have been getting flooded with complaints. Mine setup just fine. Hers refuses to work, and we’ve literally done everything possible, even a factory reset and new backup didn’t work.
Exceptions system for family management is bugged, and will take away apps even if the exception was given, and ask for a second exception which you can’t get.

After updating my Iphone 15 to IOS26 my notification sounds suddenly stopped working. Flipping the silent switch on and off fixes it but if I turn off my phone completely notification sounds stop working again
I have the same issue in iPhone 15, after a restart this happens. It is not consistent though, sometimes sounds go away, sometimes it is fine.
I have been locking my phone after a restart to check if the lock sound is working if not I'm flipping the silent switch on and off.
Also if you have noticed, when the sound doesn't work and you turn the phone to silent using the switch, the dynamic island animation also doesn't show. Once the sound comes back, the animation also starts to work normally.
First try a Force Restart. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support Then go to Settings>Camera>Camera Control. Then under Launch Camera, see what it set on. It should be set to Camera. Then Single or Double Click, up to you. These are the settings that configure the Camera Control Button.
As far as putting the phone on Silent. That is handled by the Action Button. Check the settings for that at Settings>Action Button, and then set it for Silent if that is what you want. You can also put the phone on silent by going to Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Silent Mode. Lastly, you can open Control Center, find the icon that looks like the bell, tap it until it turns white background, red bell with a red slash through it.

Update 26.0.1 - anyone have issues with Apple Music after the update when using Bluetooth where the songs “fade” from the current song to the next song randomly but not smoothly? Some songs will fade out ~30seconds before the end and the next song will fade ~30seconds into the song but they are both playing at the same time for ~5 seconds? It’s not a smooth fade. This only began after the update.
It sounds as if you have AutoMix enabled. Settings>Music>Song Transitions. You can turn it off completely or you can change it to Crossfade.
Yes, it's a new feature.
