No one here can fix anything. This is a user to user only forum. If your phone is overheating and lagging, have you checked your Battery Health? Both issues you've described are symptomatic of a battery which may be failing, not necessarily an issue with iOS 26. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery health is close to or below 80%, the battery in your iPhone needs to be replaced, which will solve heating and lagging issues.

My issues have been the other person not hearing me immediately once answering the phone, and even mid conversation. Some say I sound like I’m far from the phone. The phone glitches and lags for sure. I can’t say that I’ve experienced overheating, but I’m hoping there’s a new update coming soon that fixes these issues.
Ever since I downloaded iOS 26.1 my phone has been buggy in many ways. The most prominent bug being that sometimes all my app icons disappear and become grey, it takes some time before they reappear.
Then, sometimes my phone simply won’t turn on or react to me pressing the screen, and then 30s later I have a delayed reaction to whatever I tried to do.

Took out my old phone iPhone SE 2020 and all wifi connections and Bluetooth devices I have keep their connections with no trouble. Devices tested: Phonak Roger ON (connects to two AB Bionics sound Processor for Cochlear Implant) and a sound processor for the AB Bionics (same device). The sound processor allows phone conversations so someone already deaf.
Some devices don't react well if paired to more than on phone.
After updating to iOS 26 facing lot of issues. Slowness, app hangs and closes, not functioning, crashing, battery drain out fast, facing heating issues. Wondering when new update will be released.
Updated my ipad with ios 26 last night and ipad is still not responding. No app is open, no button is responding and the battery is dying down without any action or activity on the ipad.
Cannot get my phone off DND! Also action button to force phone into vibrate mode isn’t working. You press the button and you see on the screen it being recognized but doesn’t do its function.
When I first installed IOS 26 I don’t have any issues. But now my cell glitches all the time and lags when opening apps.
My camera control button is kinda working because if I press on it it open te camera app and then I can’t zoom in anymore whit the camera control button
My phone is shutting down at random moment for no reason after i have downloaded the IOS26
Noticed that after ios 26, 12 Pro phone cannot connect to my Airpods Pro Gen 2. nearly each and everytime I need to Disable and Enable bluetooth.
Wondering if anyone facing the same issue?

My phone freezes every time I try to go into Bluetooth settings. Also my AirPods says connected but actually are not connected.
I updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 26. The screen became completely white, although it's responsive. I've been trying to fix it.
