On Mac OS Tahoe Games app can you remove Game icons games that don't exist.

When I open the Games app Mac OS Tahoe has lovingly listed every game I have ever downloaded to any apple product in the last 30 years. Kids games from when my adult son was a toddler for example. iphone games from the iPhone 4. Games from the intel era and beyond. It is a wonderful showcase of what stuff doesn't run on the Mac anymore. Not a good look for the company with the tag line 'A Mac does that.' (listing hundred of things it can't do.)

I can't drag them into the trash / bin, and those games and the associated files shouldn't exist anywhere on the system, so how do I remove the icons for them?
