Flex Pitch issues in Logic Pro: Delayed audio and out-of-tempo sound

i used flex pitch and i worked fine in the beginning and then after 3 days

it started to delay and sounded so annoying (out of tempo ) i searched for video on youtube and they said just go to edit > Tempo > write project tempo to audio files

i did this but it still sounded terrible i think it’s because of the flex pitch problems, i work like 1-2 days on fixing pitch and now it just doesn’t sound goods as in the beginning

i really want my sound back

is there anyone who faces this issue if yes then what’s the solution, I really need helps

In general, I'm bouncing flexed-tracks as soon as possible, and I create backups frequently. Usually i create a backup or a copy of the audio files right before using flex since some information is stored into the audio file.

Either you are able to restore it from a backup or you need to start from the beginning with Flex-Pitch. You can also try to remove the tempo information. But always create a backup of your files and the project before doing that.
