bikebac & worldtag not appearing in the web icloud/find interface

I have some items with aftermarket tags, worldtag, bikebac etc. that are registered and show up just find on my ipad, but do not appear on the web portal for the icloud/find.

I am on an old imac running OS 10.13.6.

I cannot upgrade the OS due to the Illustrator CS5.5 issues.

I am signed into the same Apple ID on both interfaces.

suggestions?
