Full disk access
I am looking in my settings and under full disc access it says smbd what is this cause recently I have had someone trying to access my bank account hope this is not related

smbd is an essential component of Mac file sharing. It needs Full Disk Access in order to work and that happens automatically whenever you enable almost any sharing.
It is highly UN-likely that "someone trying to access my bank account" has any relationship to this.
