AMDS doesn't appear in the Services panel on Windows 11 PC

I have been dealing with this for HOURS - so, I have already tried so many so-called fixes, but NOTHING is working. Please do not send me to "Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS) on Windows - Apple Support" because it does not help. This assumes it's already installed. It is not installed. Therefore, it won't work.

I have looked under Device Manager as well as the "Run" command by pressing Win + R, typing services.msc. Then I'm supposed to find "Apple Mobile Device Service" in the list, right-click it, and select "Restart" or "Start".  It's not there to restart anything.

I have deleted and reinstalled iTunes to the point of being moronic. It never installed with it. I have tried iTunes both from the Apple site as well as the Microsoft store (the instructions state to NOT download from the MS store - but I was desperate).

I cannot get my Duet Dual Display app to work with the latest update. It has worked great since I first bought it in 2021 until now. And I desperately need that app or one like it.

Thanks!
