Transferring music from old iPod Touch 5 to iPhone or iPad

I have an old iPod Touch 5 32gb from 2013 with all my music on it. Before I got it I spent 3 days downloading all my CDs 1,400 songs to my Windows computer to load on the iPod. I turn it on once in a while to listen to my music. But now it just keep asking to sign in my Apple ID or iCloud or iTunes account over and over so I can't do anything. I enter my Apple ID but it doesn't do anything and sometimes says it is wrong. I've tried turning off the WiFi and try to close Cloud, etc.

Is there a way to transfer my music to my iPhone or iPad? I think I should have a backup on Cloud.
