Any idea on when apple pay will be coming to India?? I heard there were talks going on with HDFC but there has been no news after that. Does anyone know when India is going to recieve support for apple pay??

Nope, there has been no additional information provided. While some NFC payments have recently been allowed in India for limited purposes, Apple Pay is much more involved requiring Government, Regulators, Banking, and Merchant processor acceptance and that is exactly what the talks are about that you are referring to. Apple would love to have the service available everywhere.
