Earlier, the latest Samsung universal driver offered on HP's (M2020) pages appears to have been V3.93.08 (Feb 27, 2023) for macOS 13 Ventura. As Allan Jones has mentioned, no Mac support is available today.
Since drivers for Windows do exist, a temporary workaround could possibly be to use a Windows XP or newer PC with the M2020. On the Mac, you could print to/save as PDF, and then transfer the PDF file to the PC for printing.
Another way could perhaps be to make an attempt to "convert" the M2020 to become "AirPrint-like" via an inexpensive Raspberry Pi print server (running Linux and using CUPS) connected to the printer's USB port. This would be experimental. See, for example, the replies by Techguyuk in Can’t print with iPadOS17 - Apple Community.
An AirPrint printer can be used with modern Macs (and iPhones/iPads) without additional software.

For those just catching up… HP finalized the acquisition of the Samsung Printer Division in Nov 2017. Any linked URL to Samsung drivers that does not have an HP domain name reference in the link now is almost certainly bogus or someone packing some binary with malware.
It appears that HP is now handling Samsung printer support. You printer model is shown here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/xpress-sl-m2020-laser-printer-series/16462592
but it shows zero Mac support, only Windows and Linux.
Did the Samsung printer previously work on a Mac?

🧐 It's a wonder you could get a word in edgewise with the 10,000 ᵗʰ "We'll be right back."
Since HP has no macOS printer drivers for the XPress M2020, and it lacks Apple's AirPrint compatibility, it is time for a new printer. One that expressly states that it supports Apple's AirPrint which solves macOS Tahoe printer compatibility issues.
Fortunately, when the HP LaserJet 4m Plus (Mac specific) died after 19 years, I replaced it with an AirPrint compatible Samsung ML2955ND laser.

Haha! Yes, those were flying for a bit.
it is time for a new printer.
Yup. This model was released in 2014. And if it's one thing printer manufacturer's typically do, they drop support rather quickly for inexpensive models.
Still, HP makes drivers available up to Windows 11. Why not for Macs, too?
Your query made me look. 🙂
Turns out, it is not. A domain lookup has this person in Indonesia as the owner:
Admin Name: Franz Bryant
Admin Organization: Joyo Mulyo Inc
There's a lot more, but I didn't want to post a street address, phone number or other personal info.
Knowing that, I'd have to say I'd be very suspicious about downloading anything from that site.
I did find the official HP page before you posted it, but didn't post it myself since there was no Mac driver. That sent me on a hunt, which turned up very little, other than the site I linked to.
It's really annoying, and unfair to Mac users, and lots of tech companies do this. They'll write drivers for both platforms initially, but will drop Macs after a few years. But yet, continue providing Windows drivers for far longer. Do the people who paid the same amount of money for your product no longer count just because they have a Mac?
The only drivers I could find that may work are here:
The newest one is about three fourths of the way down the page. The rest are much older and likely wouldn't work.

Kurt, I saw site but did not link it because it does not appear to be a Samsung-owed site. There is no page ownership info shown at all. Do you have any info on them?
I've requested that the hosts remove my link above. No one should trust it.
