Requesting a refund for cancelled MyFitnessPal premium on Apple Account
Hello,
I had two MyFitnessPal applications on one Apple account, and I was paying for both applications to be Premium.
I discovered that it is not possible to have two identical applications under one Apple account. As a result, my wife’s account was switched to the Basic version, and I was advised by Apple to request a refund. I submitted the request, and the refund was credited back to me. However, when this occurred, her account was canceled, which subsequently canceled my account as well. I requested Apple to refund my account, but since it was denied twice, they were unable to refund the money for an application that I had paid for but was no longer receiving.

Could you please allow the Premium subscription to be added back to these accounts and make them active again? I believe Apple canceled them, but you were paid for both applications under my Apple Account.
If claim is denied twice even if you can show them that you aren't getting what you paid for they still will not reverse the decission if they denied it twice!
Just how absurd is that, your right and the have Billions and won't give me my $52.99 back.
